Unwind is a non-profit making organisation which aims to bring hope and encouragement to sufferers of pain in all its various forms: physical, emotional and mental. Founded by a chronic pain sufferer, Unwind provides self-help programmes, relaxation tapes and publications by post. These are used in NHS clinics, self-help groups, pain and stress management clinics, and by professional therapists in the UK and abroad.
Publications available by mail order include the following - some are also available as 'talking books'.
