The Ulster Cancer Foundation is involved in many aspects of cancer, from prevention to patient support. It operates an information and support helpline for cancer-related queries for patients and their families, staffed by experienced cancer nurses, who can arrange counselling by personal appointment. Rehabilitation support services include the following:

- Bra Fitting and Headwear Service
- Patient Advocacy Group

- Smoking Cessation Programmes
- Community Education Programmes
- Workplace Education programmes.
- Lobbying and Advocacy Work
- Support Groups for Cancer Patients
