The Traumatic Stress Clinic was established by the Department of Health as a national centre for post traumatic stress disorder and helps adults who are experiencing post traumatic stress disorder reactions as a result of either being involved in, or being witness to, a major traumatic event. A multi-professional service including clinical psychologists, and psychotherapists is offered.
