The UK Health Partnership has 32 food sensitivity testers and dietary counsellors working in some 400 different locations every month in England, Scotland and Wales. The company has been established for 20 years and tests over 15,000 people each year. Food sensitivity is different to true food allergy which can be a serious medical condition and should be handled by a GP. The company works alongside GPs but does not test for, diagnose or treat food allergy.
