The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) are a professional body, representing over 25,000 physicians, that aims to improve the quality of patient care by continually raising medical standards.

The College is committed to involving patients in its work and they do this through the work of the Patient Involvement Unit (PIU) which manages the Patient and Carer Involvement Steering Group (PCSG) and Patient and Carer Network (PCN). See their website for details of these initiatives.
