Ryder-Cheshire Volunteers (RCV) finds ways for adults with a physical disability to take part in leisure or educational activities, learning new skills or studying for academic or vocational qualifications. Activities are as diverse as learning a language, parachuting, embroidery, swimming, being a DJ, and computer studies. Many people are paired with a volunteer who shares the same interest, while others are introduced to a local specialist club or college. Each project organises social events, which could be a pub lunch or a coach trip to a place of interest.

RCV currently operates in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Berkshire.
