Positive Parenting and Children (PPC) provides culturally appropriate services to children and families living with HIV. Since they were established in 1987 they have provided good, consistent support projects to those in need.

PPC’s main services include:
- Family Support: a regular service providing help with children and parenting, and respite - including weekends
- The Family Project: peer support group for parents and carers
- Father's worker
- CRIB/Reach: peer support groups for children who know
- Peer mentoring scheme
- Short breaks / fostering
- Volunteering / befriending
- Advice and information
