Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous (OCA) is a fellowship of people who are using the twelve steps, as originated by Alcoholics Anonymous, and adapted for OCA. Most of them have found that using this programme, along with their friends in the meetings, can reduce or eliminate their obsessions and compulsions.
