The National ME Centre and Centre for Fatigue Syndromes offers occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional input and counselling to patients with a diagnosis.

The Centre has one specialist support worker, who currently works voluntarily and offers advice, support and information by appointment.

The Centre maintains links with the Queens Hospital Fatigue Service. It is, however, administratively totally independent.

The Centre has an informal support group for people with CFS/ME and their carers which meets every month. There is also a 'stretch and relax session' every month.
