The National Light & Sound Therapy Centre is a registered NHS provider offering a specialised treatment for a variety of disabilities including autism, learning disabilities and behavioural problems. The Centre has pioneered the AIT Plus programme which aims to make a difference to some of the most distressing symptoms of autism. AIT is used to treat children and adults with the following disabilities:
- Autism and Autistic tendencies
- Language & Communication problems
- Challenging Behaviour
- A.D.D./A.D.H.D.
- Learning Difficulties
- Dyslexia
- Short Attention Span
- Hyperactivity
The treatment is a combination of Auditory Integration Training, Light Therapy and a Sound Modulation system.
