The National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS) provides help, information and support to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) sufferers and their families. NAPS also works to promote a better understanding of the condition and its treatment. Members of NAPS have access to a range of information and support which includes:

  • Understanding PMS, an information book covering symptoms, causes, treatments and dietary information.
  • Monthly bulletin available on website.
  • Dietary guidelines for people with PMS and a seven day eating plan.
  • Interactive menstrual chart.
  • 'Ask the Expert' online - answered by a team of experts to members.
  • Online support forum.
  • List of PMS specialists and clinics in the UK.
  • List of treatment options based on guidelines issued to all medical practices 2010.
  • Members library - valuable articles on PMS and its treatment.
