Myheart exists to offer help, support and information to young people who are coping with the diagnosis of a heart condition. They help people between the age of 12 and 35. Young people can meet others with the same heart conditions and attend group counselling sessions. They can also ask a consultant cardiologist any question they like in an informal environment. They can contribute to and receive regular newsletters.

Meetings are held in the London area, Leeds and Birmingham.

There is also a myheart facebook page. Myheart is part of the charity called CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young.
