The Medi-Tag information system provides vital personal and medical details instantly to emergency services and medical professionals, which can assist in rapid and lifesaving medical care, identification and contacting next of kin.

Medi-Tag pendants, bracelets and watches carry the snake and staff medical symbol, recognised by medical professionals throughout the world. The back of the jewellery is engraved with information about the wearer - usually their name, vital medical information, their own contact number(s) or contact details for an international 24 hour Emergency Telephone Service operated by the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Optional membership to the international 24 hour Emergency Telephone Service allows storage of further medical and personal information on a secure computerised database. Emergency services and medical professionals can use the contact details on the Medi-Tag jewellery to gain additional knowledge about the wearer. This highly efficient and modern Emergency Telephone Service uses language facilities and can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and from anywhere in the world with good telecommunications.

Engraving of Medi-Tag pendants, bracelets and watches is free. The annual membership subscription for the international 24 hour emergency telephone service is free for the first year as an introductory offer to new members.

Full details of the range and prices are available in the Medi-Tag mail-order brochure and on the website which includes online shopping.
