Just Visiting
Web: www.justvisiting.com
Justvisiting.com is a free website which has been designed to support hospital patients and their families and save precious time for hospital staff. It is best described as an online visiting room and it aims to establish a support network for patients and their families and friends to share information and well wishes, donate to charity, send flowers and much more.
Since its launch in 2007 it has proven to be a popular way to share the burden of hospital/hospice visiting and caring and has in turn united (or even re-united) families and friends, empowering them to provide mutual support and care for each other during stressful times - whether a loved one is ill, recovering from surgery or even celebrating the arrival of a new baby.
Justvisiting.com is easy to use. A visitor to the site simply opens an online visiting room and invites friends and family to view regular bulletins and post their own messages of support between one another.
