The International Stress Management Association UK (ISMA UK) is the professional association for people whose work centres on stress management. It exists for the spread of sound knowledge, the maintenance of quality and to resource its members. ISMA UK offers a guide to ethical practice and provides professional validation. It runs conferences, publishes a journal and acts as a referral agency.
