Home From Home Care was created by parents to offer a range of services, including residential placements and day care, to adults with learning disabilities including autism, epilepsy and special needs.

They focus on meeting individual needs, goals and aspirations, with an exceptional staff team who provide dedicated support within high quality environments and in the community. Everybody has a person centred plan that reflects the individual's choices, dreams and aspirations, and each individual's plan has meaningful and achievable goals. The person centred plan is developed following an in-depth assessment, in partnership with the individual, their carers and the referring and purchasing bodies.
