The Centre for Stress Management is a stress counselling centre that offers cognitive-behaviour therapy. Fees are usually charged.
The Centre can also deliver training in stress management, cognitive behaviour therapy (and allied therapies), post traumatic stress disorder, and other areas to professionals such as GPs, nurses, psychologists, counsellors, etc.
