ALD LIFE supports all affected by adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) or adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN). They aim to raise awareness of these disorders, in particular among the health community by innovations such as ensuring all GPs and health professionals are aware that any patient diagnosed with Addison's disease (adrenal failure) must be checked for ALD and AMN.
