This organisation aims to provide practical help, counselling, advice and moral support to Black Minority Ethnic people who suffer from leukaemia and other related illnesses.

The Trust aims to:
  • Raise awareness in the Black, Asian, mixed race and ethnic minority community, enabling potential donors to come forward and be involved in the process of offering hope and a healthy future to someone whose disease may otherwise prove fatal. The likelihood is that finding a matching donor is considerably greater in donors from the same ethnic background.
  • Support and assist Black, mixed race and ethnic minorities suffering from leukaemia and any other bone marrow related illnesses such as aplastic anaemia, sickle cell, etc.
  • Educate the public about the needs for better services of people suffering from leukaemia or any other bone marrow diseases.
The Trust also hosts 'Bone Marrow, Blood and Organ Donor Registration Drives' throughout the UK.
