Young Foundations is a service offering residential care for children and young people who present with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Their homes are designed to provide settings that give security, stability, adventure, and opportunity.
Young Foundations placements can be for short term crisis resolution through to long term developmental care. Length of placement is directly related to the needs of the young person. The ultimate goal of Young Foundations is to provide young people with the stability they need, return them to a family setting, give them back their independence and allow them to put their past behind them.
