The Scottish Association for Sleep Apnoea's aims are:

  • To increase the general public's awareness of sleep apnoea.
  • To promote research work and the dissemination of the results.
  • To provide support groups to help sufferers of sleep apnoea and their families.

It is hoped to form local groups to cover all parts of Scotland. Some groups are already in existence in the Borders, and Grampian.
