SANDS is working to support bereaved parents and families, and to press for improvements in care during pregnancy and when a baby has died. The key elements of that support are the following:

  • National telephone helpline service.
  • UK-wide network of local self-help groups run by and for bereaved parents.
  • Information and Publications for bereaved parents and healthcare professionals.
  • Online support forum.
