Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People is a registered charity serving tens of thousands of disabled people annually. The Foundation has five centres, each with its own area of expertise.
- Brain Injury Centre - at Banstead Place in Surrey: the centre aims to provide rehabilitation and educational support to young adults with acquired brain injury.
- Mobility Centre - at Carshalton, Surrey: the centre provides mobility assistance to disabled people who wish to drive.
- Resource Centre - in Dartford, Kent: the centre enables physically or sensory impaired people to discover new capabilities and learn how to make best use of them.
- Development Centre - in Leatherhead, Surrey: the unit provides a stimulating life skills centre with progressive arts and leisure facilities for severely disabled young people.
- Training for Employment at Queen Elizabeth's Training College, Leatherhead: where disabled people are trained for future employment on a wide range of courses.
- Canal Boat Holiday - the Foundation has the use of a broad beam canal boat based at Reading Marine, specially designed for the disabled and able of all ages.
