Nacro, the crime reduction charity, runs a Resettlement Plus Helpline which offers resettlement advice to serving and former prisoners/offenders, their families and friends, and those assisting them in a voluntary, personal or professional capacity. In particular, the association is able to provide details of Nacro's training and housing services and can signpost enquirers on to other agencies in cases where a Nacro service is not available. Nacro can also assist with difficulties in disclosing convictions and provide advice leaflets.
