Kids help disabled children to get the most out of life. They work closely with parents and carers to give children and young people all the support they need today to fulfil their hopes and dreams.

They want to transform attitudes so that all children have the chance to be included in the play and learning of everyday life. They want fantastic facilities that help children grow in confidence and ability.

They deliver an extensive range of services to support this vision, such as home learning, play schemes, adventure playgrounds, and short-term breaks.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
