The Cardiomyopathy Association is a voluntary organisation supporting sufferers from a cardiomyopathy (hypertrophic, dilated, restrictive and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathies) and their families. Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle that affects children and adults of any ethnic origin. The Association provides the following:

  • Accurate and up to date information, including videos and CD roms, about these conditions to patients, family members, the medical profession and other professionals.
  • Counselling and support for sufferers and their families.
  • The opportunity for patients and relatives to share their experiences and to support each other.
