Caraline is a registered charity based within the centre of Luton, which is concerned with helping those whose lives are affected directly or indirectly by an eating disorder. Their telephone helpline is available for anyone affected in any way by an eating disorder:
- If you feel you may be living with an eating disorder, you may need support or encouragement or just a listening ear.
- You may be close to somebody who is experiencing problems, a parent or a sibling or a friend, and you may feel you would like to talk to someone about it.
- You may be a professional or a member of an interested group or a private individual who would like some information.
They also offer a 1-1 counselling, a ten-week cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) group programme, a self support group and carers support group.
