BackCare is a charity registered as the National Back Pain Association. It helps people manage and prevent back pain by providing advice, promoting self-help, encouraging debate and funding scientific research into better back care.

There is a national membership, and members receive a quarterly publication, Talkback. An information pack is available for a donation.

The helpline is staffed by back pain experienced volunteers with considerable knowledge and expertise in working with people with back problems.
