Action for ME is a national charity working to improve the lives of people with ME. They provide:

  • Information, self-help and support services for people with ME, their families.
  • Details of local support groups.
  • Benefits advice lines for members and a telephone support line.
  • A quarterly members' magazine.
  • A wide range of information sheets and booklets.
  • Young People's website and a booklet for parents of children with ME.
