Action for ME is a national charity working to improve the lives of people with ME. They provide:
- Information, self-help and support services for people with ME, their families.
- Details of local support groups.
- Benefits advice lines for members and a telephone support line.
- A quarterly members' magazine.
- A wide range of information sheets and booklets.
- Young People's website and a booklet for parents of children with ME.
