Ability Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) that specialises in providing disabled people with housing and support services to enable them to live more independent lives.

They work in partnership with local authority Housing, Social Services and Supporting People teams, the Housing Corporation, and general needs RSLs to help deliver flexible and tailored support for people with disabilities.

Their business aim is to be regarded by funders, partners and disabled people alike as the `first choice' provider of specialist housing and support services.

Their services involve:

  • Supporting independent living for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health-related support needs.
  • Help for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health-related support needs to manage their home.
  • Matching people with physical disabilities to suitably adapted property.
