A laryngectomee is a person who has had their larynx removed. Laryngectomee Clubs have been set up throughout the British Isles and Eire in association with hospitals and speech therapy clinics to help laryngectomees master the technique of producing a substitute voice

The national association for neck breathers. It offers free help for sufferers of cancer of the larynx, people who have had a laryngectomy and their carers.
