Malaise

'Malaise' is a term used by medical staff to describe the feeling of being generally unwell, run down or out of sorts. Malaise may may indicate the presence of disease that has not yet shown itself in other ways. However, it may simply be the body's reaction to stress or too much alcohol. Malaise is commonly associated with viral infections such as the colds, flu and glandular fever.
