The only national organisation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland dedicated to the support of people with MND and those who care for them. Their mission is to ensure that every single person affected by MND can secure the care and support they need and to promote research that will lead to effective treatments and a cure for MND

Works for the MND community in a number of ways:including offering care and support to anyone diagnosed with MND, no matter where they live in Scotland; by providing accurate and up to date information on all aspects of MND and by promoting and funding research, particularly research that will lead to improved care and quality of life for those living with MND .

DIPEx (Database of Individual Patient Experiences) is an Oxford based registered charity. It is a database of audio, video and transcript of interviews with patients experiencing a particular illness or health problem. Includes a module on motor neurone disease.
