Pelvic Instability Network Scotland (PINS) is a registered Scottish Charity which has been set up to support people with Pelvic Girdle Pain (formerly Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or SPD).

Pelvic Instability Network Scotland (PINS) aims:

  • To provide information and support to people suffering from Pelvic Girdle Pain and the related condition Diastasis Symphysis Pubis.
  • To increase awareness of Pelvic Girdle Pain amongst health professionals and the wider community and to encourage networking amongst health professionals treating patients with Pelvic Girdle Pain and Diastasis Symphysis Pubis.

They produce information leaflets, a quarterly newsletter and organise information sessions for health professionals.
