Best time to telephone: 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (answerphone at other times).
The Rainbow Centre provides free and professional support and help to children with a life threatening illness, and to their families. The Centre also provides bereavement support for children and their families when a sibling or parent dies. The following services are offered (note that some are local only - contact the Centre for details).
- Art and play therapy for children
- Counselling
- Music therapy
- Homeopathy, massage and Reiki
- Confidential telephone advice and counselling from qualified staff
- Group work
Due to the increased demand for the Centre's services they are unable to see new families affected by bereavement. The situation is to be reviewed in September 2007.
