Inner Enigma is charity supporting intersexed and transsexual people, primarily in the Manchester area of the UK. They run a monthly social meeting in central Manchester at a sympathetic, lively venue. Membership is free and is open to transsexual and intersexed people, their partners and immediate family. They offer counselling for people facing trans-sexual issues at reasonable rates, and operate an outreach befriending service.
