Pancreatic Cancer UK is a national charity which aims to provide both research into the causes, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer, and support and information for patients and their families. They work with the medical profession to improve standards of patient care and information and to raise awareness.
Pancreatic Cancer UK is involved in the following activities:
- Production of information website.
- Nationwide support network for all those affected by pancreatic cancer including patients, carers, family and friends.
- Fundraising.
- Raising awareness amongst the general public and health professionals.
- Providing a voice for patients, carers and their families.
