Rehab UK provides assessment, training and development programmes that enable people with disabilities to break into the work force.
Founded in 1994, the development of a network of innovative brain injury centres is now the main focus of their work.
Rehab UK is committed to enhancing the social and economic independence of people with disabilities and those who are marginalised. They have developed a particular expertise in working with people with acquired brain injuries and operate a range of services to meet people's needs including Vocational Services, Community Integration Services and Educational Support programmes.
Rehab UK has been providing assessment, training and development programmes for almost 15 years that enable and empower people with disabilities to return to education, to break into the workforce and sustain employment, and to become more independent in the community.
Rehab UK operates four innovative rehabilitation centres in Birmingham, London, Newcastle and Northumberland.
In addition, Rehab UK operates a nationwide assessment and intervention service for people with acquired disabilities, along with job retention and work preparation programmes under its Rehabilitation and Assessment Services division.
Rehab UK is part of the Rehab Group, an independent not-for-profit organisation working for social and economic inclusion among people with disabilities and others who are marginalised. Each year, more than 56,000 people access Rehab Group's health and social care, training and education, and rehabilitation, employment and commercial services, in the Group's network of over 200 centres across the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands and Poland.
