Meningioma UK

4 Prestwood Gate
Sandridge Road
St Albans
AL1 4AE

Tel: 01787 374 084
Web: www.meningiomauk.org

The Meningioma UK support group was set up in 2000 by two meningioma patients who wanted some support for people like themselves coping with this rare type of tumour.

Meningioma UK provides support for anyone who has a meningioma tumour or who has had treatment for this condition. This group is open to everyone with an interest in meningioma, whether patient, carer or medical professional. Their aim is to provide up-to-date, unbiased and jargon-free information, a source of support when it is needed, and a forum for the exchange of information and experiences.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
