Castlebeck is a provider of specialist healthcare and rehabilitation services for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, significant challenging behaviour and complex needs. Service users from across the UK are typically referred by social workers or psychiatrists. Their customers include many NHS and local authorities. Castlebeck offers commitment, consistency, stability and persistence to individuals, for as long as their needs demand this.

Castlebeck's core services are the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of people aged 18 and over who have a learning disability. They provide particular expertise in delivering care to those with challenging behaviours, dual diagnoses and complex needs. In addition, they also operate specialist treatment centres for adults with autistic spectrum disorders who exhibit challenging behaviours.
