  • The Association of Breast feeding Mothers (ABM) trains counsellors to offer mother-to-mother breast feeding support and up to date, accurate information on breast feeding and related matters.
  • Breast feeding counselling available by telephone and email.
  • Breast feeding leaflets and information available.
  • The ABM's website contains leaflets and articles, many of which can be downloaded free of charge.
  • ABM members receive a magazine three times a year featuring mum's stories, articles, and the latest breast feeding research.
  • The ABM offers training for breast feeding counsellors and peer supporters.
