Mental Health Media (MHM) is an organisation working in the fields of communication and mental health. MHM produces media which has the voice of people with direct experience of mental distress and people with learning difficulties. They produce and sell videos, multimedia resources and training packages which is now a joint venture with Rethink.

MHM offers a combination of skills and expertise. They have have produced ground-breaking documentaries for broadcast by the BBC and Channel 4. MHM also works with mental health organisations to create materials for education, training and empowerment.

MHM also has experience of working with users of mental health. This ensures that their voices are heard in the resources they produce. Collaboration, participation and respect are fundamental to their work.
