PMS & PND Support was founded in 1988 and is a voluntary organisation run by sufferers and ex-sufferers of premenstrual syndrome and postnatal depression.
They aim to provide not only support, but advice and information to PMS and PND sufferers, and their families. They do this by:
- Providing information at the end of a phone.
- Providing a variety of factsheets on postnatal depression, premenstrual syndrome, and also menstrual charts and details of the various support groups operating in Ireland.
