PMS & PND Support was founded in 1988 and is a voluntary organisation run by sufferers and ex-sufferers of premenstrual syndrome and postnatal depression.

They aim to provide not only support, but advice and information to PMS and PND sufferers, and their families. They do this by:

  • Providing information at the end of a phone.
  • Providing a variety of factsheets on postnatal depression, premenstrual syndrome, and also menstrual charts and details of the various support groups operating in Ireland.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
