At Ease is a voluntary organisation which aims to provide a free, non-directive, advice, information and counselling service for members of the armed forces and their families.
At Ease can help with:
- Applications for discharge
- Complaints procedures
- Courts martial
- Conscientious objection
- Combat stress
At Ease will:
- Listen to your problem
- Explain what is likely to happen
- Suggest possible courses of action
- Write letters on your behalf
- Put you in contact with other people who may be able to help you
