Middlegate provides specialised drug and alcohol treatment for young people between the ages of 11 and 17 years on admission. Their staff team which includes a doctor, nurses, counsellors, programme workers, social workers and a teacher supports young people contemplative of change. Young people have the opportunity to become drug and alcohol free and begin to address any emotional and psychological issues in their twelve week residential programme.
