The benzo.org.uk site has been set up to provide support and information on benzodiazepine addiction, withdrawal and recovery. It is run by someone who has gone through withdrawal from diazepam who felt there was a need for advice, help and information about the withdrawal syndrome. The aim is that the information on this site will help to alleviate some of the pain, uncertainty and confusion that this condition causes. The site includes articles and information, expert medical documents, news stories, personal accounts and links to similar groups overseas.
