Cocaine Anonymous (CA) is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from their addiction. Features of CA's activities are as follows.

  • The only membership requirement is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances.
  • There are no membership fees. CA is self-supporting through members' contributions.
  • CA uses the Twelve Step Recovery Program.

The CA website includes information on the organisation and its methods together with details of how to contact your nearest CA group.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
