Rescue Emergency Care was originally founded by specialist doctors working in remote healthcare. It involves professionals who have a high regard for the need to produce high quality first aid training and who aim to introduce systematic, practical training to a national standard. The organization has the following aims:
- To provide first aid training in accordance with the HSE approved code of practice for first aid at work.
- To give confidence in dealing with first aid emergencies.
- To introduce candidates to a first aid training programme which is innovative, practical and fun to learn.
- To give opportunities for individuals to progress through the scheme to Instructor level.
REC offers a range of courses including: Basic First Aid; HSE First Aider at Work; and Expedition First Aid. Contact the company for an information pack on courses.
