WISH (Whiplash Injury Support & Help) was set up in 1992 by a victim of a road traffic accident who sustained a whiplash injury. The following types of help and support are offered:
- An 'empathetic' ear to fellow sufferers.
- Advice on legal issues.
- Advice on benefits.
- Advice on treatments.
